It takes a strong team effort to launch, develop and sustain a ministry with the depth of vision of One by One. Our staff is committed to the vision of helping families become the best parents possible.
They develop the ministry foundations, processes, create and update the curriculum and manage the delivery system. They involve churches and other partners in implementing One by One, tracking the outcomes of the ministry as it grows.
All of our One by One staff are committed and passionate about helping new/expectant parents and their babies. We promote good communication, excellence, creativity, innovation, integrity, strategic initiative, flexibility for needed change, perseverance, prayer, celebration of success, and biblical principles in relationships and operations.

Kristee Bell: North Texas Regional Ministry Director
Kristee Bell began serving as the North Texas Regional Ministry Director for One by One in 2014. Originally from Memphis, TN, Kristee graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in education. She has served as an administrator in the nonprofit and governmental sectors for the past 7 years. Most recently, Kristee chaired a three year collaborative project with One by One Ministries while working with AGAPE Child & Family Services. Kristee will tell you confidently that her ministry in the Dallas/Ft Worth area is a calling by the Lord! Kristee is a wife and mother of three sons. She loves the Lord and blessed with the opportunity to work in multiple positions at her church, which includes teaching Sunday School (teenagers!!!) for the last 14 years.
Heather McCaskill: Memphis Area Regional Ministry Director
Heather joined the One by One team in April of 2014. After praying for two years, asking the Lord how He would have her get outside the walls of church and into the community, He led her to the position of Ministry Director for the Memphis area. Heather has a heart for women to grow closer to the Lord. She is the author of a published book entitled “Intentional Devotion.” Heather previously served as the Director of Fund Raising and Development for a nursing facility in the area, and also as a Loaned Executive for the United Way. She is a wife and mother to three sons, and has been a Sunday School teacher and Bible study leader in her church for 15 years.
Celia Stoneking: National Program Consultant
Celia served as an educator for 36 years, spending 22 years of that time as a kindergarten teacher. Cel reports that when she read the One By One curriculum, she knew it addressed all the needs for preparing a child for school. She states that the evangelistic emphasis of One By One, along with the wonderful curriculum quickly led her to make the decision to join the One by One team in January of 2008, just 6 months following her retirement from public education.
