One by One Moms
Thank you to everyone who signed up to receive a food box! We have received more than 25 requests, so we are no longer taking applications. We will let you know if we become aware of other organizations providing food support to families for the holidays.
One by One is excited to partner with Memphis City Councilwoman Jeri Green, Feed the Needy Memphis, and the Memphis Police Department to provide 25 One by One moms will wonderful food boxes weighing more than 50 pounds just in time for Thanksgiving!
The Memphis Police Department will deliver boxes between 9am and 3pm on Tuesday, November 26. Because the boxes contain perishable as well as nonperishable foods, you MUST be home to receive your box. There will be NO food drop offs.
Food distribution is on a first come/first served basis. The FIRST 25 currently enrolled One by One moms who register are eligible to receive a food box. To register, you must complete ALL of the information on the registration form. The deadline is noon on Friday, October 11.
Please note: you must
Provide your name
Provide the age and gender of EVERYONE in your household (including children)
Note if anyone in your house is a US veteran
Note if anyone in your house is disabled
Acknowledge you will be home between 9am and 3pm on Tuesday, November 26, to receive your box
Acknowledge you understand the Memphis Police Department is delivering the food boxes and that you will open your door to receive your box (the police will NOT leave boxes at your door)
The deadline to register for a box is noon on Friday, October 11.
