Event Details

  • 2:00 - 4:00 pm, Saturday, January 25

  • Kirby Woods Baptist Church, 6325 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN

  • $10 donation to participate

  • Door Prizes! (no additional donation requested for door prizes)

  • Mystery Grab Bags for additional donation of $25 or $50!

  • Dress in brightly colored clothes appropriate for working out.

  • Ages 12+ welcome; minors need parent/guardian to sign a waiver.

  • No experience? No worries - our instructors will teach you the moves. Come and have fun!
