San Antonio, TX
One by One was founded in San Antonio in 1998, and we still have a thriving presence in the area. In 2021 we hired a full-time director for the San Antonio region to oversee our tremendous growth in the area.

Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX
One by One expanded into Dallas in 2011. In 2021 we hired a full-time director to oversee our growth in DFW and the North Texas region.
Other Areas

Virtual Mentoring
During Covid, we adjusted our mentoring model so that we could still serve our moms even if we could not meet in person. In 2022, we took the lessons we learned and created a pilot for a virtual mentoring model. In 2023 we launched a virtual platform allowing us to train mentors and serve moms anywhere in the U.S.
One by One en Espanol
As the number of Spanish-speaking moms looking for support continued to grow, especially in our DFW area, One by One was awarded grant funding in 2021 to translate all of our materials into Spanish. We now offer mentor training in Spanish so we can provide Spanish-speaking mentors to Spanish-speaking moms in DFW and across the U.S.
